Project Description
ACTIVA FOOD TECH, S.A.U. has developed the R&D&I project NEWBIOFERM, focused on the development and implementation of a new production process for biotechnological ingredients using advanced controlled fermentation technologies.
The project’s objective was to develop and implement a new production process for biotechnological ingredients using controlled fermentation, strengthening the company’s R&D&I capabilities to research, develop, validate, and scale up biotechnological processes aimed at obtaining innovative ingredients for the food industry.
This initiative allows progress in the development of higher value-added solutions, boosting innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the agri-food sector through the application of cutting-edge fermentation technologies.
