ACTIVA FOOD TECH S.A.U. has completed the R&D&I project NEWBIOFERM (New Production Process for Biotechnological Ingredients through Targeted Fermentation), an initiative focused on the development and implementation of a new production process for biotechnological ingredients using advanced targeted fermentation technologies.

The project has generated new knowledge, optimized and validated innovative biotechnological processes, and scaled up their application, strengthening the company’s R&D&I capabilities to offer higher value-added solutions to the food industry.

As a result, ACTIVA FOOD TECH reinforces its commitment to applied biotechnology and innovation as a driver of growth and competitiveness in the agri-food sector.
